To submit by email, please attach the PDF files or the URL/DOI of the publication with required information (title, language, and date of publication) to hrc-sr-ucm-platform@un.org.

SRP accepts academic publications, UN documents and resolutions, documents by other International and Regional Organizations, reports and documents by civil society, scholars and academic institutions, reports and documents by governments and national human rights institutions, videos and other channels, links to other databases and websites dedicated to the impact of unilateral sanctions on the enjoyment of human rights.
To submit a publication to SRP, you will need to provide descriptive information about the publication. The online submission form consists of three mandatory fields: title, language, and date of publication. Additionally, there are several optional fields available. We highly recommend filling in as many relevant optional fields as possible to enhance the reusability of your publication. Please be aware that only PDF files are accepted. If your work includes audio or video elements, you can upload them in any of the following formats: mp3, mp4, mov, wmv, or avi.
Upon submitting your publication, you will receive a confirmation email that your submission has been received. Submitted publications will be placed in a validation queue to be reviewed by SRP staff. The SRP staff may contact you with any questions about your submission and may request additional information or files. Please note the initial review can take up to 2 weeks. Additional factors, such as the size and complexity of the submission or the volume of submissions, may affect this timeline.
