Transmits statement concerning the blockade imposed against Cuba by the United States, issued by the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, 4 June 1997; rejects the new measures being considered in the United States Congress aimed at strengthening the blockade and calls upon the United States Government to put an end to the economic, commercial and financial measures and actions against Cuba.
