Concerns the decision by Iraq not to allow entry into Iraq of 2 officials of UN Special Commission and 1 official of IAEA who were of United States nationality, 30 Oct. 1997, and states that this action departs from and extends the measures foreshadowed in the letter of 29 Oct. by the Deputy Prime Minister of Iraq (S/1997/829) which referred to Iraq's demand that officers of United States nationality leave Iraq within 7 days beginning at 1700 hours 29 Oct. 1997 York time).
