Refers to the forthcoming review of the sanctions imposed on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and calls upon the Security Council to lift the sanctions, in compliance with the 2 judgements of the International Court of Justice, to affirm the right of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to compensation for the material and moral losses and damages which it has suffered, and to urge the parties concerned to reach a solution to the dispute, or await the decision of International Court of Justice.
