Reports that the European Union has instituted on 26 Feb. 1998 an arms embargo against Yugoslavia whose scope was the same as that of Security Council resolution 1160 (1998) adopted on 31 Mar. 1998; states that, therefore, additional implementation measures are unnecessary.
