The report provides information up to 31 July 1999 on the distribution of humanitarian supplies throughout Iraq, including the implementation of the UN Inter-Agency Humanitarian Programme in the 3 northern governorates of Dahuk, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. It also describes developments in other aspects of the implementation of the programme since the period covered by the previous report (S/1999/573 and Corr. 2).
