Calls upon the Security Council to rescind fully and immediately, the measures imposed on Libya under its resolutions 748 (1992) and 883 (1993) in view of its cooperation with the Scottish court in the Netherlands; includes a press release of 4 Nov. 1999 by the United Kingdom Foreign and Commonwealth Office conveying its gratitude for the arrangements made by the Libyan judicial authorities for the visit to Libya by a team from the Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary, from 12 Oct. to 4 Nov. 1999.
