Reports on recent fighting between the Armée patriotique rwandaise and the Ugandan People's Defence Forces (UPDF) in Kisangani; calls on the Security Council to condemn the actions perpetrated against the Democratic Republic of the Congo by its neighbors, Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi; demands the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of their armed forces from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and implores the Security Council to impose sanctions on Uganda and Rwanda.
