Requests information whether in the light of the recommendation contained the latest report of the Secretary-General (S/2000/520), the Security Council would consider authorizing the Security Council Committee Established by Resolution 661 (1990) concerning the Situation between Iraq and Kuwait to review and approve requests by the Office of the Iraq Programme for the use of funds in excess of requirements in earlier phases to fund humanitarian supplies under subsequent phases.
