Transmits the report entitled "Findings and Conclusions of the governmental commission established by the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria on 16 Mar. 2000 to investigate the activities of the Interdepartmental Council on the military-industrial complex and the mobilisation convenience and of the Commission for Control and Permission of Foreign Trade Activities in Arms and Dual-Use Goods and Technologies with regard to the report of the UN Panel of Experts on Violations of UN Security Council sanctions against UNITA".
