This 6-member committee entrusted by the Ministerial Meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement in Cartagena in 1998 to follow up the question of Lockerbie calls on the Security Council to lift the sanctions imposed on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya following the alleged implementation by the country of all of its commitments (S/1999/726).
