Refers to statements made by the President of Iraq at the 38th session of the Iraqi Council of Ministers on 25 Sept. 2000; denies the recurring Iraqi accusations against Kuwait and calls upon the Security Council to take necessary measures to secure Iraq's compliance with the relevant Security Council resolutions.
