摘要
Refers to the final report of the Monitoring Mechanism on Sanctions with regard to Angola of 18 Apr. 2001 (S/2001/363) and states that Gibraltar is a non-self-governing territory administered by the United Kingdom and over which Spain maintains a claim of sovereignty, and not a country as implied in Section II A of the report.
