Concerns situation between the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and the United States and calls on the Secutity Council to take the following measures: to acknowledge the responsibility of the United States for the attack on Libya in 1986; to call upon the Government of United States to pay compensation to those harmed in the attack; to acknowledge the right of Libya to just compensation for the damage and losses it has sustained owing to the sanctions.
