摘要
Concerns the Oil-for-Food Programme accounts designated for humanitarian purchases that have been placed on hold by the United States and United Kingdom thus having an adverse impact on the sound implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding of 20 May 1996 between Iraq and the UN Secretariat.
