Transmits statement approved by the Committee on 11 Dec. 2001; states that in light of the changing situtaion in Afghanistan, maps of Afghanistan territory under Taliban control rapidly become absolete and reminds Member States not to provide assistance to the Taliban, Al-Qaida, and Usama bin Laden and individuals and entities associated with him.
