Abstract
Refers to the Secretary-General's letter of 4 Mar. 2002 (S/2002/235) concerning new mandate of the Monitoring Group established pursuant to resolution 1363 (2001), as stipulated in resolution 1390 (2002); reports that he has appointed Victor D. Comras (United States) to replace Michael D. Langan (United Staes) who had resigned from the Group.
