Transmits letters exchanged between the UN Secretariat and the Permanent Mission of Iraq, extending, in the light of the Security Council resolution 1409 (2002) of 14 May 2002, the Memorandum of Understanding of 20 May 1996 concerning implementation of Security Council resolution 986 (1995) for a new period of 180 days, effective 30 May 2002.
