Transmits letter of the same date from the Minister for Foreign Affairs enclosing 19 questions raised by Iraq at the meeting held on 7 Mar. 2002, in reply to the Secretary-General's letter of 6 Aug. 2002 concerning Iraq's proposal to hold a series of technical discussions between Iraqi experts and those of the UN Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission; states that the proposed technical discussions is designed to avoid the differences of views and the crisis which marked the work of the inspectors during the period from 1991-1998.
