Transmits joint communiqué issued on 11 Sept. 2003 by the representatives of the Union de transports aériens (UTA) flight 772 families and the Gaddafi International Foundation for Charity Associations concerning the attack on the UTA DC 10 aircraft on 19 Sept. 1989; concerns an agreement reached with view to final settlement in this matter, in conformity with Security Council resolutions 731 (1992) and 748 (1992) and states that the French authorities consider that there are no longer any grounds to oppose the lifting of sanctions on the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
