Abstract

Transmits statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia regarding murder on 19 Feb. 2004 of Lieutenant Gurgen Margarian of Armed Forces of Armenia, participating in the NATO Partnership for Peace Programme's English language course in Budapest, allegedly by an Azerbaijani military officer attending the same course; demands the Hungarian authorities punish the perpetrator to the maximum extent of the law.
