Reports the alleged armed incidents around Bukavu that took place since 26 May 2004, violations of human rights, killing of civilians, killing of 1 and wounding of several personnel of the UN Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo; reports also that on 2 June 2004 Bukavu was seized by the military forces under the command of Colonel Jules Mutebuzi; requests the Security Council to urgently consider the situation.
