Transmits report submitted by Ambassador Kai Eide (Norway), who led a team to conduct a comprehensive review of the policies and practices of all actors in Kosovo, as requested by the report of the Secretary-General of 30 July 2004 (S/2004/613); conveys, following consultations, recommendations of the Secretary-General for the way forward for Kosovo, in accordance with Security Council resolution 1244 (1999).
