Concerns the position of Switzerland with respect to the crimes committed in Darfur and urges members of the Security Council to refer the situation in Darfur to the International Criminal Court, in accordance with the recommendations of the International Commission of Inquiry to Investigate Reports of Violations of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Law in Darfur, Sudan.
