Reports that the Ministry of the Interior, Public Security and Decentralization of Niger have put mechanisms in place, including a special file. The file offers a means of identifying and monitoring the movements of nationals of countries in conflict or post-conflict situations, countries sheltering terrorist or subversive organizations and countries that have been the subject of measures taken by the Security Council.
