Transmits, in the capacity as Chair of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement, the Special Declaration of the Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement on the necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba, adopted by the 15th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement, held in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, from 11 to 16 July 2009.
