Refers to Security Council resolutions 1521 (2003) and 2128 (2013) and requests that the Secretary-General dispatch an assessment mission on the progress that Liberia has made towards meeting the conditions set out in resolution 1521 (2003) for the termination of sanctions, and to provide recommendations on UN assistance and other technical assistance to the Government of Liberia.
