Requests the Security Council to take urgent action to amend resolutions 1970 (2011), 1973 (2011) and 2009 (2011) to explicitly allow the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) to engage in fund management within the frozen accounts to prevent the further dissipation of LIA assets due to its inability to direct account holders to manage properly the frozen assets.
