Requests, in the capacity as Chair of the Coordinating Bureau of the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, that the Security Council urgently consider the adoption of a resolution reflecting the decisions of the 12th Summit of Heads of State or Government, held in Durban, South Africa, 2-3 Sept. 1999, regarding sanctions against Libya, in particular the decision that "sanctions must be totally terminated once the suspects have appeared for trial".
