Transmits appeal from the Parliament of Ukraine to the parliaments of States, international organizations and their parliamentary assemblies regarding alleged attempts by the Russian Federation to ease or lift the international sanctions imposed in response to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine under the pretext of countering the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
