Letter dated 15 June 2020 from the Permanent Representative of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General

Refers to the election of the President of the General Assembly at its 75th session, the election of non-permanent members to the Security Council and the election of members of the Economic and Social Council, to be held on 17 June 2020; concerns the alleged effect of unilateral coercive measures imposed by the United States on the ability of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to pay its financial contributions, under the terms of art. 19 of the Charter of the UN.
