Transmits Mediation and Security Council Decision A/DEC. 02/11/21 of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), adopted in Accra, 7 Nov. 2021, imposing targeted sanctions against the transitional authorities and all other persons preventing the return to constitutional order in Mali, and letter from the President of the ECOWAS Commission requesting the support of the UN in the implementation of those sanctions.
