Sanctions and the Confiscation of Russian Property: The First Experience

This article examines the escalating nature of sanctions targeting Russia, including new instances of states confiscating and liquidating Russian assets. The consequences of these new sanction practices are looked into, keeping in mind what this can mean in terms of human rights violations.
