Transmits statement made by the President on behalf of the Security Council following consultations among Council members, 11 May 1994, in connection with the item entitled "The question concerning Haiti". Concerns the attempt to replace the legitimate President of Haiti and reaffirms the Council members' determination to ensure full and effective compliance with measures contained in all relevant Security Council resolutions and their commitment to the restoration of democracy in Haiti and return of President Aristide, under the framework of the Governors Island Agreement.
