This report highlights the effect of imposition of unilateral coercive measures (UCM)s on implementation of UN Guiding Principles on Bus iness and Human Rights(UNGPs). To this end, the report discusses the effect of economic sanctions on A) “The State Duty to Protect Human Rights”; B) The corporate responsibility to respect Human rights and the C) Access to Remedy.
