Refers to Security Council resolution 1474 (2003) concerning Somalia and reports that the Secretary-General appointed the following experts as members of the UN Panel of Experts established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1425 (2002): Edward Howard Johns (United States), Mohamed Abdoulaye M'Backe (Senegal), Johan Peleman (Belgium), Pavanjeet Singh Sandhu (India) and that he also designated Mr. Peleman to chair the Panel.
