Refers to letter of 22 May 2008 from Denmark, Germany, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland submitting discussion paper on the idea of establishing an expert panel assisting the sanctions Committees in the consideration of de-listing requests and requests, on behalf of the co-sponsors of the discussion paper, that the letter and paper be published as document of the General Assembly and the Security Council.
