Letter dated 23 November 2009 from the Permanent Representative of Eritrea to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Security Council

States that a draft resolution on peace and stability in the Horn of Africa, which is based on unfounded accusations against Eritrea on the issue of Somalia, has come to the attention of the delegation of Eritrea; outlines reasons which it claims are the issue behind many conflicts in the region.
