Refers to para. 42 of Security Council resolution 1904 (2009) and informs that, as at 31 Dec. 2010, 21 of 23 issues have been resolved, while 2 issues remain pending before the Committee and are subject to the new provisions on pending issues included in the guidelines pursuant to para. 41 of resolution 1904 (2009).
