Transmits statement made by the President on behalf of the Security Council following consultations among Council members on 8 Apr. 1994 on the item relating to Libyan Arab Jamahiriya. Concludes that there was no agreement that the necessary conditions existed for modification of the measures of sanctions established in paras. 3 to 7 of resolution 748 (1992).
