The article deals with a set of special regulations adopted in 2020 to regulate the imposition of economic sanctions by the People’s Republic of China. This regulation examines the conditions and procedure for their imposition, guarantees for foreign nationals and mechanisms for challenging imposed Chinese restrictive measures.
