Abstract
The article gives insight the new subject of Russian legal science – impact of family ties on EU sanctions listing and de-listing. Research object is family ties as a basis for the introduction of restrictive measures under EU law and cases of promoting family ties to de-listing. The experience of the residents of several States on the European sanctions lists was examined: Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, the Commonwealth of Myanmar (former Burma). Many of the case law of the European Union Court of Justice will be analyzed for the first time in domestic legal science.
